There are full service brokers, and then there is Gael. We've been working with Gael for the past 3 year or so, and we've been continually impressed with her pulse on the market and her abilities. An added bonus was her "connections" with other local service providers. For example, Gael saved us money from the moving company, hooked us up with a great mortgage broker, fought for us during negotiations, and always returned our questions/emails within the same day.
